I understand that competition cheerleading is both a financial and time commitment to every member.

I understand that competition cheerleading is a team sport. Every athlete has an important role in the routine. The entire team depends on every member to be present to ensure that every stunt, pyramid, tumbling pass, and jump is accomplished. This reflects practices and competitions.

I understand this is an 11 month commitment from June 2025- April 2026.

I understand that competition cheerleading requires that athletes are coachable.

I understand that all decisions are made by Top Performance Athletics LLC and are non-negotiable. This includes but is not limited to; schedules, hair styles, makeup, uniforms, choreography, etc.

I understand that attendance in the correct attire is required for all practices, camps, choreography, showcases, and competitions..

I understand that I am only allowed 2 unexcused absences.

I understand that I am only allowed 3 excused absences.

I understand that I am only allowed 3 Sick Days.

I understand that in order for an absence to be excused, it must be submitted on the band app before the 15th of the prior month.

I understand that in order for an absence to be counted as a 'sick day' I must submit a doctor's note.

I understand that If I go over the allowed absences I risk a fine of $250/absence or removal from the team with no refund.

I understand that any absence 2 weeks before a performance may result in my child being removed from the performance and possibly the team.

I understand that competition report times are mandatory and my check in post is required to be submitted by the scheduled arrival time.

I waive all rights to any credit/debit or ACH bank disputes on any charges by Top Performance Athletics LLC.

I understand that I am responsible for purchasing all required items for my child.

I understand that I am required to pay an annual competition fee.

I understand that, if for any reason, I do not finish the 2025-2026 Season with TPA, I am still responsible for any balance owed, including but not limited to my full 2025-2026 Tuition balance, and my 2025-2026 Competition Fee.

I understand that if my balance becomes past due, I will receive a late fee and my child may not be able to attend practices or performances resulting in unexcused abences.

I understand that that all credit/debit and ACH payments are subject to a convenience fee.
