Student Handbook
Registration
· An annual registration fee of $55 per child covers the cost of mailings, insurance, information packets, office fees, and reserves a spot for your child. Registration fees are nonrefundable.
· For your convenience, and to reserve a space for the following season, annual membership fees will be automatically renewed and applied to your account on May 1st 2023, unless a withdrawal form is completed in the office prior to May 1st 2023.
Tuition
· Class tuition is based on an annual price per class. This is then subdivided evenly over 12 months.
o 7+ Year Classes:
§ 1st Class- $660
§ 2nd Class- $600
§ 3rd+ Class- $540
o 45 Min Preschool Classes:
§ 1st Class - $600
§ 2nd+ Class $540
o 30 Min Preschool Classes:
§ $540/Class
· Tuition can be paid in one full payment or over even monthly installments.
o Monthly Installments will be billed on the 15th of the prior month and is due on the first. Auto pay will automatically be ran on the first of each month. Any auto payments that are rejected are subject to a $35 NSF Fee. If the Tuition is not successfully paid on the 1st of the month an additional $25 late fee will be added automatically. Any student with a late fee on their account will not be allowed to attend any classes until the account is paid in full.
· Auto-pay is required to be set up on DSP. You have the options to set up ACH or Credit Card Auto Pay.
Discounts
· If all 12 Installments are paid in full by July 1st 2023 an 8.33% discount will be applied to your total Tuition. (This is the equivalent to one even monthly installment payment)
· Families from the same house hold with 3 or more siblings registered will have a 5% discount applied to your total tuition.
· All students are encouraged to take advantage of our multi-class tuition break for additional discounts as well as maximum progress and value.
Refunds
All payments made to Top Performance Athletics are non-refundable. Registration, Tuition, Fees, Merchandise are not refundable for any reason.
Payments
· All payments must be paid via the student's online portal on DSP or cash or checks at the front desk.
· Auto-Pay is now required for every family.
· All payments made on the parent portal are subject to a convenience fee.
· Any rejected payments will incur a $35 NSF fee.
· All payments due on the 1st of the month. Tuition is billed on the 15th of each prior month. A $25 late fee is automatically charged if not paid in full by the 1st of the month.
· Any student with any past due balance will not be allowed to participate in classes.
· We do not no longer accept Venmo or Zelle.qa
Dress Code
· Proper attire and hair etiquette are required for all classes. Every class has a strict attire policy for the safety of our students. All required items are available to purchase online on your parent portal. Any one not wearing the correct attire will be charged $2 for a ‘dress down’ pass. Funds collected for ‘dress down’ passes will be used for equipment. There is no jewelry allowed for any classes, no hard plastic or metal hair accessories and hair must be secured out of face.

Attendance
Regular attendance is vital to student progress. Please make every effort to attend each class. If you will miss class for any reason, please notify the staff as soon as possible so we can plan our classes accordingly.
Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, an email will be sent, and a social media post by 2pm to notify students about class cancelations.
3 Ways to Learn
Top Performance Athletics offers a variety of service options including private lessons, mini group instruction, and traditional classes. We aim to meet the needs of all students.
Traditional Classes
Traditional classes are available at TPA. These classes are charged a monthly tuition and require weekly attendance.
· Cheerleading Lessons: Top Performance Athletics offers cheerleading lessons for boys and girls ages 3 years -18 years. We offer FUNdamentals cheerleading or competitive cheerleading. In both FUNdamentals and competitive cheer, students will learn the basics of cheerleading for a successful future in the sport. This includes but is not limited to basket tosses, dance, pyramids, and stunts. Competition Cheer more in depth as the students gear up to compete their cheerleading routine in competitions.
· Gymnastics Lessons: Top Performance Athletics offers artistic gymnastics lessons for boys and girls ages 18 months – 18 years old. Here students will enjoy a positive learning environment on three of the artistic gymnastics’ apparatuses. We offer both competition gymnastics classes and rec gymnastics classes.
· Tumbling Lessons: Top Performance Athletics offers Tumbling lessons for boys and girls ages 4 years – 18 years. These classes nurture the growth of students in tumbling. This is rec program designed to teach students tumbling skills geared towards cheerleading, gymnastics and dance. We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced classes for students of all skill levels.
Private Lessons
Private Lessons are always available at TPA. Prices for Private Lessons are $35 for each ½ hour session. The fee must be paid when scheduling the private lesson in order to reserve your spot. If you cancel the private lesson more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive the credit on your account. No-show lessons or lessons canceled with less than 24-hour notice will not be credited.
Mini Group Instructions
Mini Groups are offered once a month at TPA. Mini Group Instructions are skill specific classes that cap capacity at 5 students per class. Prices for mini group instructions are $20 for each ½ hour session per student. The fee must be paid when scheduling the mini group instruction in order to reserve your spot. There are no cancellations for mini group instructions.

Parking Lot Safety
Top Performance Athletics is home to children of all ages. Please enter and exit our parking lot with extreme caution. Please do not park your vehicle in any area that is not a designated parking space. Please do not allow children to play in the parking lot. Please reserve parking spaces for families with preschool aged students, as they require extra effort to buckle into car-seats. All other families will be required to utilize the pick-up and drop-off lanes. No student will be allowed to wait outside to be picked up. Please do your best to keep our parking lot and facility clean of trash.
Lost and Found
A lost and found basket is located in the lobby. Please check the lost and found basket regularly as all lost and found items are donated to Goodwill at the end of the month. TPA is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please do not leave items unattended. Students are encouraged to take bags into class and use our cubbies that are provided.
Withdrawal from Class
Any class withdrawals must be submitted by the 15th of the prior month to avoid being charged for the following month. This notice is required to discontinue any payments for the following month of tuition. To withdraw a parent must drop the class online via your parent portal.
