Waiver of Liability

I agree and confirm, by e-signing this agreement, that using the swimming pool and other facilities at 2137 Bayou Rd, St. Bernard, LA 70085, is done so at my/our own risk. I understand that there will be no lifeguard on duty. I release all legal rights to sue the property owners and Top Performance Athletics for any personal injury or loss during this event. I certify that I am of legal age, and the legal guardian of the above listed athlete and am fully understanding and capable of signing this waiver of liability. Property owner and Top Performance Athletics are not responsible for any injury that may occur.
